This had been a long journey for me as I flew back to my home country after I've finished my studies in Australia.  
這個漫長的旅程帶我由澳州飛到加拿大。
Check-in
Counters opened 2.5 hours before the scheduled departure time and the queue wasn't long because there weren't a lot of passengers flying.  
櫃台在起飛時間前2.5小時開放,但排隊的人並不多。整班機估計之後不超過50人。
ANA also has one of the strictest luggage policies among full cost carriers.  Usually when the weight is not greatly above the limit, the check-in staff would let you get away without paying a fee.  However, this wasn't the case for ANA.  One of my checked luggage was 1kg over the limit and she told me there would be a $75 penalty.  She asked me if I could transfer some of the items from that luggage to my backpack but all of my other bags were full so I couldn't.  In the end, she was still nice to me knowing that there was no way I can shuffle my things around, so she didn't cope me with that fine.  But I was still given a warning that ANA has strict luggage policies so I might not be as lucky as this time. 
 
全日空的行李限額執法比較嚴格。過往我乘搭其他航空公司時,就算超額1公斤,也會讓我過。但全日空的地勤就說得很清楚,就算超重一點也要付費。從雪梨到日本,再到溫哥華的附加費為$75 澳元。在我拿出credit card之際,她問我是否可以將寄艙行李的物品拿出來放到背包裏。因為我所有行李都爆滿,所以實在沒辦法這樣做。她知道後,還是心軟了,所以不用我付罰款。

While the demand for Australian domestic flights are slowly picking up, it isn't the case for International travels because of border restrictions.  
雖然澳洲的內陸機班次已經慢慢增加,但因為澳洲邊境還是繼續關閉,所以國際航班還是很少。
Several spots that were once populated by travellers are now eerily quiet.  
這個地方曾經是很多旅客聚集拍照的地方,現在卻像死城一樣。

Cabin & Seats 機艙和座位
ANA's 787-9 has one of the most spacious economy cabins, with seat pitch stretching to 34 inches, while the average sits between 30-32 inches.  
全日空 787-9經濟艙的座位很舒適廣闊;座位闊度為 34寸,而其他航空公司平均闊度為30-32寸。
The 787-9 consists of 11 rows of business class seats, only 2 rows of premium economy seats and economy class at the back.  Economy class has a standard 3-3-3 configuration.
全日空的787-9有11行商務艙座位,而只有兩行特選經濟艙。經濟艙的配置是常見的3-3-3。

The legroom measurement geature - I can easily fit 2 fists in between and still have space left 前方座位和我腳之間有起碼兩個拳頭的闊度。
Each seat consists of an IFE screen, remote control, coat hanger and a legrest.  In my opinion, the legrest didn't really add in too much comfort to the general experience.  
每個座位都有一個電視娛樂系統,遙控,衣服掛勾和腳踏。
The headrest is also adjustable, wtih neck support on both sides.

The IFE system contains all the basics - movies, news, flight map, airport information, but also features such as inflight messaging and introduction of the aircraft and guide to the IFE system.
娛樂系統除了有基本的功能之外,還可以使用談天功能與機上其他乘客談天。當然,對方要接受邀請才可以喔。
Underneath the IFE screen are also a USB charging port and audio jack for the headphone.
在電視下面有USB叉電控還有耳機的插頭。
The screen size was kind of small for me as I would have expected something larger on a relatively newer aircraft..  
電視的螢幕較小。對我來說,在較新的機型上應該配有螢幕較大的電視。

Meal Service (NH880, SYD-HND) 飛機餐
Before meal service began, some wet wipes were given out to passengers as a precautionary measure to prevent the spread of coronavirus.  
在派發飛機餐之前,空服員先向大家派發消毒濕紙巾。
Then, the cabin crew came around again with photos of the flight meals and took our order.  This is actually a smart way to know exactly how many meals of each option to reheat.  
然後,空服員再帶著食物的照片走過來先跟大家下order。這樣,他們就知道每個餐應該要預備多少份。
If you want to know what kind of meals will be served on your flight, you can always perform a search on ANA's official website by entering the route, cabin class and the date of your flight.  
如果你想在旅程之前知道你的航班有什麼餐可以選擇,你先可以在全日空的網站輸入你的航班、日期,和艙等,然後就可以搜索到。
All flight meals (except special meals) also come with a Western and Japanese option
所有飛機餐(除了特別餐)都大致上分成英式和日式。

You can't really tell we are in midst of a pandemic when ANA presents you with this meal (pictured below), while some other airlines are doing their best to reduce cost by shrinking meals as one of their measures.  
全日空豐富的飛機餐真的令人很難相信我們正在疫情當中
I went for the Japanese option, which was Chicken curry.
飛日本的航空公司當然要嘗試一下日式餐點了

Meal Service (NH116, HND-YVR)
On my second flight out of Haneda, I went for something rather different.  With flights departing Osaka, Haneda and Narita, passengers can pay extra and order what's called 'paid exclusive dining'.  It is effectively a business class meal, but it worth the money.  With 36AUD, I'm enjoying some juicy Wagyu beef sukiyaki with dessert presented by Pierre Herme Paris, which was a kind of fancy chocolate mousse with various toppings.
在我旅程中的第二班機,我特地選擇了要額外付費的餐點。這個餐點其實就是商務艙的食物,而價錢只是36澳元。這個餐點包括了牛肉,還有名廚設計的甜品

Do bare in mind that these meals are only available if ordered before your flight and are only limited to certain fare classes.

Transiting at Haneda 在羽田轉機
Haneda Airport has 3 terminals and because of coronavirus, passengers couldn't travel across different terminals.  Transitting passengers therefore have to stay within the terminal where their flight would depart from.  
羽田機場有3個客運大樓,但因為疫情關係,乘客不可以隨意在不同客運大樓之間走動。因此,轉機乘客只可以在航班起飛的客運大樓裡面逗留。
As my subsequent flight departed from terminal 3, I had to stay in there for 16 hours.  
由於我的航班在3號客運大樓起飛,我被逼在裡面逗留16小時。
There are adequate facilities and shops:
Vending machines (drinks & snacks) Free internet Paid internet access via computer booth Restaurants Pharmacy Charging ports (Japanese/US/Canada plugs only)
 
客運大樓裡有足夠的商店和設施:販賣機,免費Wi-Fi,付費電腦,餐廳,藥房還有差電位(美國/加拿大/日本)

Planespotting at Haneda 在羽田拍飛機
There's a observation deck on the landside (before security) but as mentioned before, its not accessible by transitting passengers due to the pandemic.  However, planespotting is possible on the airside (gates), with a few constraints.
在禁區之前有一個觀景台,但因為轉機關係,我並不可以離開禁區。幸好的是,我在航廈裏都可以透過窗戶拍照。
There are 2 layers of windows separating the arrival floor and departure floor.  Hence, reflection would be a problem during early morning and late afternoon when the sun is relatively low on the horizon.  The best time for planespotting without a huge impact of reflection is late morning until before the sun starts to set.  
隔著外面和裡面的是兩層的窗戶。因此,當陽光較斜的時候,也即是早上和黃昏前,拍照都會被反光影響。最好的拍照時間因此在中午前到黃昏前。
Aircraft and airline variety is low, with mainly Japanese carriers dominating (JAL, ANA, Skymark, Star Flyer, Air Do).  International carriers are currently limited, with British Airways and Delta still making their appeareance here.
雖然機場的航空種類比較單一(多數都是日本的航空公司),可是特別塗裝的飛機卻出現得好頻繁。
However, at Haneda, its a heaven for special liveries.  You'll easily find 6-7 special liveries aircraft a day.
