Kurtis上次介紹國泰航空A350-1000的特選經濟艙，而Anky仔今次就介紹一下國泰航空A350-900的特選經濟艙。國泰航空在香港基地的頭等艙、商務艙，鑽石卡，金卡及國泰銀卡，寰宇一家綠寶石及藍寶石辦理登機手續是在B區；而特選經濟艙及經濟艙就在A,C區。
Kurtis introduced the premium economy class of Cathay Pacific A350-1000 last time, and Anky will introduce the premium economy class of Cathay Pacific A350-900 this time. Cathay Pacific's first class, business class, Diamond, Gold and Cathay Silver cards, Oneworld Emerald and Sapphire check-in at the Hong Kong base are in Area B; other Premium Economy Class and Economy Class are in Row A and C.
Anky仔辦理登機手續後會拿到2張卡：一張是登機證，一張是貴賓室邀請卡。CX2635當天是使用29號登機門，所以Anky仔使用8號登機門的貴賓室。2號登機門的貴賓室現在是沒有洗澡的地方，只剩下吃的地方。
After checked in, Anky got 2 cards: one was the boarding pass, and the other one was the lounge invitation card. CX2635 parked gate 29 that day, so Anky used the lounge at gate 8 (The Deck). The lounge located at Gate 2 (the wing business class lounge) now was no shower area, only buffet area.
從貴賓室到29號登機門大約走10分鐘，當天機場人也滿多。29號登機門前面就是飛機在香港機場起飛的跑道。
It took about 10 minutes to walk from the The Deck lounge to gate 29. The airport was very crowded that day. In front of Gate 29 is the runway where planes take off at Hong Kong Airport.
這次，Anky仔是坐香港前往新加坡的CX2635，由一架大約6歲的B-LRU執飛。飛行時間大約3小時12分鐘。國泰的所有A350(包括A350-900及A350-1000)也只提供商務艙，特選經濟艙及經濟艙。
This time, Anky was traveling from Hong Kong to Singapore on CX2635, operated by a B-LRU that was about 6 years old. Flight time was approximately 3 hours and 12 minutes. All Cathay Pacific A350s (including A350-900 and A350-1000) only offer business class, premium economy class and economy class.
經濟艙以3-3-3配置。特選經濟艙則是2-4-2座位配置。特選經濟艙的座位比經濟艙寬。個人電視也是比較大的。當天的特選經濟艙只有大約10-12人左右，所以也是一個好安靜的區域。個人娛樂系統也更新了新的畫面。
Economy class is configured in a 3-3-3 configuration. Premium Economy Class has a 2-4-2 seat configuration. Premium Economy Class seats are wider than Economy Class seats. The personal TV is also relatively large. There were only about 10-12 passenger in the premium economy class on that day, so it was a quiet area. The personal entertainment system has also been updated with new graphics.
由於這是短途航班，所以登機後也是沒有提供任何的服務，例如：歡迎飲料及毛巾。枕頭及毛毯就由空服派發，但服務我這邊的空服態度非常差。她問旅客要不要毛毯，我點了一下頭，她是看到的，她完全當沒看見下了經濟艙。第二次派發枕頭，她給我了，只是眼睛已經反到後面去了。耳機就跟商務艙一樣，也是抗嘈音的。在你登機前就已經放在你的座位上。
Since this was a short-haul flight, no services are provided after boarding, such as welcome drinks and hot towels. Just like business class, headphones are also noise cancelled. It's placed on your seat before you boarded the plane.
我的座位是33A，特選經濟艙的最後一排。後面就是隔板及經濟艙。從窗戶看出去，就是引擎及A350的機翼。
My seat was 33A, the last row of premium economy class. Behind was the bulk and economy class. What you could see from the window was the engine and the wings of the A350.
飛機在關閉艙門後，艙務長便到特選經濟艙介紹自己及跟大家打招呼。同時也會告訴及詢問你的飛機餐選擇及飲料。飛機餐有3款跟經濟艙不一樣的。
After the plane closed the door, the flight purser came to the premium economy class to introduce herself and greeted everyone in permium economy class. She would also tell you and asked about your flight meal options and drinks. There were three types of meals service that was different from with economy class.
飛機起飛後大約45分鐘，空服便派發飛機餐。首先是派發旅客的特別餐，再是特選經濟艙的飛機餐。她們沒使用推車，是空服人員手送上來的，真的辛苦他們了，因為A350-900的廚房是在機尾的。Anky仔選擇的是甜酸豬飯。豬只有3塊......。餐盤上也有水果，前菜，蒜蓉包、芝士配餅乾、一個巧克力、飲料及餐具。
About 45 minutes after the plane took off, the flight attendants distributed meals . First, special meals were distributed to passengers who ordered before the flight departed at least 24 hours, and then they would serve the permium economy class passenger. They didn't use a trolley, it was delivered by the flight attendants. It was really hard on them, because the galley of the A350-900 was at the tail of the aircraft. Anky chose sweet and sour pork rice. The pig in the tray only had 3 pieces…. There were also fruits, appetizers, garlic buns, cheese with biscuits, a chocolate, drinks and cutlery on the plate.
由於現在環保的關係，國泰航空的經濟艙及特選經濟艙的餐具也再沒有使用膠及即棄的餐具了。飲料的杯就改為紙杯。
Due to current environmental friendly,the tableware of Cathay Pacific's economy class and premium economy class was no longer used plastic or disposable tableware. Drink cups were changed to paper cups.
艙務長看見你吃完飛機餐便會收起餐盤。Anky仔就要了一杯水及一杯橙汁。但告訴大家，艙務長並不是經常走過的。
The flight purser would put away your tray when she saw you finished your flight meal. Anky asked for a glass of water and a glass of orange juice. But let me tell you, the cabin crew was always disappeared.
飛機在2點50分左右到達新加坡樟宜機場，國泰航空在新加坡是使用第四航廈。登機門主要是使用G17-G19的機位。
The plane arrived at Singapore Changi Airport at around 2:50. Cathay Pacific used the terminal 4 in Singapore. The boarding gates mainly used gate G17-G19.
