星宇航空是一間在2018年創立的公司，主要機隊有A321Neo，A330-900Neo及A350-900。基地位於台灣。它是在台灣最新的一間航空公司，而它的名字大家也應該聽過了。航線有澳門，吉隆坡，東京，大阪，曼谷，洛杉磯等。這次，Anky仔就帶大家去看看它的服務吧~!!

StarLux Airlines is a company founded in 2018. Its main fleet includes A321Neo, A330-900Neo and A350-900. The base is in Taiwan. It is the newest airline in Taiwan, and everyone should have heard of its name. Their routes are include Macau, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, Osaka, Bangkok, Los Angeles, etc. Anky will take a look and make a flight report to see their services~!!

星宇航空的商務艙跟經濟艙是在不同的位置，而這次Anky仔是坐JX802由台北前往東京成田空港，所以我是使用第一航廈辦理登機手續。登機櫃檯設有蜘蛛俠的行李牌及貼紙。辦理登機手續後，我就拿到3張卡：第一張是登機證，第二張是貴賓室邀請卡，第三張是貴賓室位置。

StarLux Airlines' business class and economy class are in different locations. Anky was taking JX802 from Taipei to Tokyo Narita Airport, so I used Terminal 1 to check in. Spider-Man luggage tags and stickers were available at the check-in counter. After checking in, I got 3 cards: the first one was the boarding pass, the second one was the lounge invitation card, and the last one was the lounge location.

星宇航空自營的貴賓室是位於第一航廈，位於國泰航空旁邊的。面積不是太大，Anky仔在早上9點多到達，職員也要先確認有沒有位置才可以進入。

Starlux's had their own lounge which located in Terminal 1, next to Cathay Pacific. The area is not too big. Anky arrived at around 9 o'clock in the morning, and the staff had to confirm whether there was a seat before entering.

貴賓室有自助區，包括有飲料，麵包，甜點及少量熱食。工作人員很貼心，看到我在拍，他對我說如果要補拍或不好看的就跟他說，可以加回食物等等，讓我可以拍很美跟大家分享。

The lounge has a self-service area, including drinks, bread, desserts and a small amount of hot food. The staff was very considerate. When he saw I was taking photos, he told me that if I wanted to take more pictures or something that didn’t look good, just let him know. He could refill the food or items back, etc., so that I could take beautiful photos and shared them to all of you.

你進入貴賓室和工作人員確認你的座位後，他們會給你一本餐單。左邊是早餐，提供時間是05:15-11:00。早餐只有3款選擇，包括：豆漿，粥及日式拉麵；右邊就是正餐，提供的時間是11:00-18:00。有4款的選擇。Anky仔由於是早上飛機，所以選擇了豆漿及拉麵。

After you entered the lounge and confirmed the seat with the staff, they would give you a menu. On the left side is breakfast, available from 05:15-11:00. There are only 3 choices for breakfast, including: soy milk, porridge and Japanese ramen; on the right one is the lunch or dinner set, which is served from 11:00-18:00. There are 4 options to choose from. Anky took morning flight, so I chose soy milk and ramen in the breakfast menu.

吃到差不多，地勤人員會拿著你的登機證提醒你差不多要登機了。簡單來說，工作人員及貴賓室食物是棒棒的，但扣分的是貴賓室太小及沒有提供洗手間。Anky仔在09:35左右離開貴賓室並前往A7的登機門，大約走5-10分鐘。

When you finished the breakfast, the ground staff would take your boarding pass to remind you that it's almost time to board the plane and go to boarding gate. To put it simply, the staff and the food in the lounge are great, but the points are deducted because the loungr is too small and does not provide a restroom. Anky left the lounge at around 09:35 and headed to the boarding gate of A7, which took about 5-10 minutes.

桃園機場真的不是一個好的地方給旅客拍飛機了。JX802是執飛A330-900NEO飛機的，而星宇航空每天也有3班飛機往返桃園及成田空港，兩班是A330-900NEO及一班A350-900的飛機。Anky仔是第一次坐A330-900NEO飛機。飛機是B-58303，看回記錄，它是JX802/803的老大哥，我的來回程也是它，好多天也是它執飛的。

Taoyuan Airport is really not a great place for tourists or aviation fans to take pictures of airplanes. JX802 is operated by A330-900NEO aircraft. StarLux Airlines operates three flights to and from Taoyuan and Narita Airport every day, two flights are operated A330-900NEO and one is operated A350-900 aircraft. This is my first time flying A330-900NEO. The plane was B-58303. Looking back at the records(flightrader24), it was an expert of JX802/803. It was also the same one flew me on my returning flight and operated many days.

我的座位是商務艙8K的座位。最後一排右邊的商務艙窗戶位置。A330-900NEO的商務艙是借位的1-2-1座位配置，就是有8K座位沒有8H座位，前一排就是7H沒有7K座位。登機前，枕頭及毛毯也已經放在座位上。

My seat is 8K which is the business class window seat on the right side of the last row. The business class of A330-900NEO has a borrowed 1-2-1 seat configuration, which means there are seats 8K then no 8H. The row in front is 7H but no 7K. Pillows and blankets were also placed on the seats before boarding.

空服看到你坐下後，會過來自我介紹，及問問你有沒有需要介紹座位。同時，也告訴你餐單，稍後時間為你點餐。另一位空服就馬上送上歡迎飲料及熱毛巾。歡迎飲料跟其他航空公司不一樣，它們只有一款飲料，而且是果汁。餐點有3款可以選擇，包括。西式、日式及台式。

When the flight attendant sees you sitting down, he will come over to introduce himself and ask you if you want to introduce your seat. At the same time, they will also provide you the menu and order and infirm you later. Another flight attendant brought a welcome drink and hot towel immediately . The welcome drink is different from other airlines, they only have one drink which is a mixed juice. There are 3 types of meal sets to choose which is Western, Japanese and Taiwanese.

當天商務艙全滿，但空服人員還是非常熱情的歡迎大家。不久，空服人員就幫我點餐了，同時，我也跟空服人員要了一雙拖鞋。再看回座位，商務艙也有提供抗嘈音耳機，是在你的座位旁的櫃裹面。櫃前就有充電插頭，而座位旁的就是一個可以放小東西的地方及提供無線充電的地方，但在起飛降落也必須清空。個人電視控制器及控制座位的按鈕也在旁邊。

The business class was completely full that day, but the flight attendants still welcomed everyone very warmly. The flight attendant helped me order food soon. At the same time, I also asked the flight attendant for a pair of slippers. Taking a look for the seats, business class also provides noise cancellation headphones, which are on the cabinet next to your seat. There is a charging plug in front of the cabinet, and next to the seat is a place where you can put small things and provide wireless charging, but it must also be emptied during takeoff and landing. Personal TV controls and buttons for seat control are also nearby.

座位前方除了有個人電視外，個人電視的下方是餐桌，電視旁會有一個按鈕就會打開。餐桌可以前後移動的。再下面就是放腳的地方，旁邊有放安全須知卡，機內雜誌及嘔吐袋等東西。

In addition to the personal TV in front of the seat, there is a dining table below the personal TV. There is a button next to the TV to open it. The table can be moved forward and backward. Below is a place to put your feet next to it were safety information cards, in-flight magazines, vomit bags and other things location.

飛機關閉艙門後，空服人員會以普通話、英文、台語及日語廣播及歡迎大家。由於是日本航線，所以安全示範就以普通話及日語進行，字幕會顯示英文、中文及日文。

After the plane door close, the flight attendants will announce and welcome everyone in Mandarin, English, Taiwanese and Japanese. Since it is a Japanese route, the safety demonstration will be conducted in Mandarin and Japanese, and subtitles will be displayed in English, Chinese and Japanese.

起飛起飛後，Anky仔就先參觀了一下商務艙的洗手間。商務艙共有3個洗手間，分別在前面左右各一個，第三個就在8K座位後面。洗手間在航程尾段發生了一個問題，就是因為上的水全用完，水龍頭沒水出，空服就在廚房準備了一些濕毛巾給旅客。

After taking off, Anky visited the business class restroom. There are three restrooms in business class, one on the left and right in front, and the third one is just behind the 8K seat. There was a problem with the bathroom at the end of the flight because water was used up and there was no water coming out of the faucet. The flight attendant prepared some wet towels for passengers in the galley.

回到座位不久，空服便鋪餐桌，亦表示預備派發飛機餐了。Anky選了日式餐點，飲料就選擇了橙汁及星宇航空的特色飲料。上餐的感覺比華航，長榮航空、國泰航空及日航更有水準及心機。

After I returned to my seat, the flight attendant laid out the dining table and indicated that they were ready to distribute in-flight meals. Anky chose Japanese food, and the drinks were orange juice and StarLux Airlines’ signature drinks. The food served feels more professional and thoughtful than China Airlines, EVA Air, Cathay Pacific and Japan Airlines.

主餐後，空服會送上及介紹甜點及水果，同時也詢問需不需要熱的飲料或是其他飲料。還會送上濕紙巾。

After the main course, the flight attendant will serve and introduce desserts and fruits, and also ask if you want hot drinks or other drinks. Wet wipes will also be provided.

結束飛機餐後，空服會再次送上熱毛巾給你搓搓手，清潔一下。

星宇航空在成田空港是使用第二航廈，跟國泰航空及日航是一樣的。飛機最後順利及準時到達東京。

After the flight meal, the flight attendant will give you a hot towel again to rub your hands and clean them.

StarLux uses the second terminal at Narita Airport which is same as Cathay Pacific and JAL. Flight finally arrived in Tokyo smoothly and on time.
