ANKY N KURTIS TRAVEL

國泰航空雖然有很多香港來往日本的航線，但只有一班日本線使用設有頭等艙的B777-300ER執飛，它就是大家相當熟識的CX548及CX549 香港/東京羽田空港/香港航線。由於頭等艙的票價相當貴，所以大部份人也使用里數兌換機票，Anky仔也不例外。為何Anky仔只換CX549？因為CX548的飛機餐是早餐，加上是早上8點多的航班，對Anky仔來說是太早了，所以Anky仔自行買機票前往東京。

Although Cathay Pacific has operated many routes from Hong Kong to Japan, there is only a route operated by the B777-300ER with first class cabin. It is a very famous and popular flight which is CX548 and CX549 Hong Kong/Tokyo Haneda Airport/Hong Kong. Due to first-class tickets are very expensive, most people use their miles to redeem the tickets,Anky also used miles to redeem before the flight take off two days. Why did Anky redeem CX549 only?It is because the in-flight meal on CX548 was breakfast, and the flight was at 8 a.m., it was too early for Anky, so Anky bought his own ticket to Tokyo.

羽田空港大部份的國際線也是使用第三航廈，只有部份的全日空也使用第二航廈。國泰航空在羽田空港是有自營的貴賓室，但是頭等艙及商務艙的旅客也是使用同一地方。故此，Anky去了日本航空的頭等貴賓室。日航的頭等貴賓室會有壽司，拉麵提供，更有洗澡房間。

Most of international flights at Haneda Airport parked at Terminal 3, some All Nippon Airways used Terminal 2. Cathay Pacific has its own lounge at Haneda Airport, but first-class and business-class passengers used the same place. Therefore, Anky went to the JAL first-class lounge JAL's first-class lounge provides sushi and ramen.What's more, there are some shower room and massage chairs.

CX549當天的登機門是149號，與貴賓室的距離有點遠，所以大家也要準備多一點點時間去登機門了 。

The boarding gate for CX549 on that day was No. 149. It was a bit far from the lounge, so everyone should prepare enough time to the boarding gate.

CX549前段是CX548，在羽田空港停留長於一個小時，因為這班飛機是在羽田空港更換機組人員，所以CX548就算晚了，CX549也是可以準時啟航回香港的。當天是一台已經有16歲的老大哥B-KPA執飛。旁邊的是一台日本航空的B787。

The previous section of CX549 was CX548, which stayed at Haneda Airport for more than an hour. The flight was changing crew members at Haneda Airport, even if CX548 was late, CX549 could still back to Hong Kong on time. That day, a 16-year-old aircraft B-KPA was operated and there was a Japan Airlines B787 parked next to him.

國泰的B777-300ER頭等艙只有6個位置，A的座位是自己一條通道，D及K座位是另一個通道 。頭等艙由一個高級艙務長及一個艙務長負責。機艙客服經理會在第一對門歡迎大家登機。

Cathay Pacific's B777-300ER first class cabin only has 6 seats. Seat A has its own aisle, and seats D and K are in another aisle. First class cabins are headed by a senior purser and a flight purser. Inflight service manager will welcome first class annd business class passengers onboard at the first door.

由於這是一班短途航班，所以座位只有白色和紅色的枕頭，黑色的拖鞋及紅色的毛毯提供。艙務長看到你坐下及預備好，就會送上一個小盤子給你，上面會有歡迎茶，熱毛巾及手寫的歡迎卡給大家。

Since this is a short-haul flight, only a white pillows and a red pillows, black slippers and red blankets are provided in the seats. When flight purser saw you sat down and got ready, she distributed you a small plate with welcome tea, hot towels and a handwritten welcome card for first class passengers.

放下後，亦會問問你歡迎飲料。由於這是頭等艙 ，高級艙務長及艙務長也會推介及建議你選擇有酒精的飲料，例如，香檳，白或紅酒。我選了白酒，艙務長就推介了一枝沒有看過的白酒，她叫我試試，我也說當然要試一下了。

After she put it down, she would also ask you for a welcome drink. Since this was first class, the senior purser and flight purser would also recommend and suggested you to choose alcoholic, such as champagne, white wine or red wine. I chose white wine, and the flight purser recommended a white wine I had never seen before. She asked me to try it, and I said of course I would try it.

高級艙務長其後也給予你一本又大又紅又厚的頭等艙餐單。飛機提供的是晚餐，是因為起飛時間是下午4點多了。

The senior purser would distribute you a big and red and thick first-class menu. Dinner was served on the plane because the departure time was after 4 pm.

再看看頭等艙的設備，包括會有一個BOSE牌子的抗嘈音耳機，跟商務艙不一樣的。

Let’s continues to take a look at the equipment in first class, including a BOSE brand anti-noise headset, which is different from business class. 

座位旁邊會有2個小屏，包括有一個是座位控制器，另一個就是個人電視控制器，跟A350商務艙的電視控制器差不多。

There will be two small screens next to the seat, including one is a seat controller and the other one is a personal TV controller, which is similar to the TV controller in A350 business class.

高級艙務長會在起飛前幫你點餐。

Senior purser took your order when the flight taxi.

起飛後，飛機飛了大約10分鐘，機長廣播右邊就是日本的著名的富士山。Anky仔是9月飛的，所以富士山也沒有雪的。在多白雲配著藍藍的好天氣下看到它也是另有一種風味。

After took off around 10 minutes, the captain announced that the famous Mount Fuji in Japan was on the right. Anky flew in September, so there was no snow on Mount Fuji. It had a different flavor when you sas it under the good weather with white clouds and blue.

飛機飛了差不多40分鐘，艙務長便會送上開胃小吃 。當天的小吃是泰式酸辣小吃。飲料方面，還是歡迎飲料的德國白酒。

The flight flew about 40 minutes, flight purser will serve appetizers. The snack of the day was a Thai spicy and sour style snacks. In terms of drinks, German liquor was samw as welcome drink.

吃完小吃後，高級艙務長便會鋪桌子及送上前菜。由於Anky仔選擇日式餐點，所以前茶也是日式風味的。麵[包，水也會由高級艙務長親自送上。

After the snacks, the senior purser would lay the table and serve the appetizers. Since Anky chose Japanese-style meals, the meal was also Japanese-style. Bread and water would also be delivered personally by the senior purser.

到了主菜就是牛肉配飯，更有日式的麵豉湯，日式小菜。味道就沒太像日本了，因為飛機餐還是香港國泰空廚的作品。飯就更像香港人晚餐在家吃的味道。不竟，香港也是國泰航空的家吧

The main course was beef with rice, there were Japanese soybean soup, and Japanese side dishes. The taste was not quite look like Japanese style, because the catering was uploaded by Cathay Pacific Catering Service which was in Hong Kong. The rice tastes more like what Hong Kong people eat at home. Actually, Hong Kong is the home of Cathay Pacific

主菜後，我就改喝了日式綠茶。茶會用茶壺配上熱水送上。After the main course, I switched to Japanese green tea. Tea will be served in a teapot with hot water.

由於Anky仔在日航貴賓室及在主餐已吃飽了，所以我只點了水果及甜點，但就點了冰淇淋(高級艙務長要下去商務艙拿的。)

Since Anky was got full in the JAL first class lounge and after the main course, I only ordered fruits and desserts for ice cream (Senior purser had to get it in the business class cabin.)

水果的份量也比商務艙多得很。

There was also much more fruit than in business class.

最後，艙務長用國泰的巧克力作結尾。飛機餐完結時，飛機已差不多只剩下1個多小時，看著飛行地圖，飛機也漸漸地在台灣上空了。

Finally, flight purser finished the meal with the Cathay Pacific chocolates. When the flight meal was the end, flight had almost an hour left. I looked at the flight map, my plane was flying over Taiwan.

飛機比原定時間早到了香港國際機場。飛機停在40多的登機門，所以抵達行李帶時，行李也已經出來了，因為頭等艙是有自己的頭等行李條的。

The plane arrived at Hong Kong International Airport earlier than scheduled. We stopped at gate 40 left, so when I arrived at the baggage belt, my baggage had already come out, because the check in baggage for first class passenger had its own priority baggage tag.
