在2018年的夏令時間表最後一天(27/10/2018)坐了最後一班由B737-800機型執飛的MH366由吉隆坡去台北桃園機場。

On the last day of the 2018 summer schedule (27/10/2018), I took the last flight of MH366 operated by the B737-800 from Kuala Lumpur to Taipei Taoyuan Airport.  

由於是B738飛機,所以停泊左H10(C位是中場,需坐沒人駕駛列車前往) Due to B738 aircraft, it is parked on the bay H10 (C is the midfield concourse that you need to take the train)

登機後 AFTER BOARDING

• 枕頭,毛毯在登機前已放在你座位   Pillows and blankets have been placed in your seat before boarding

• 本架B738的商務艙和經濟艙設有個人電視    The business class and economy class of this B738 have personal TV

• 商務艙 Business Class

• 經濟艙 Economy Class

• 餐單和報紙放在前面座位的袋中   The menu and newspaper are placed pocket in front of seat 

• 餐單 Menu

• 酒水單   Wine list

• 沒酒精飲料   Non-alcoholic beverages

馬航的機隊和子公司   Malaysia Airlines' fleet and subsidiaries::

• 歡迎飲料 Welcome drinks : 柳橙汁 Orange Juice

• 熱毛巾   Hot  Towel

• 抗噪音耳機 Noise Cancalling Headphone

當天的B738商務艙有16個座位,坐了14名旅客,剛好我旁邊4A沒人坐。There were 16 seats in the B738 business class that day, and 14 passengers were seated. Luckily,nobody sat next to me.

飛機關門後,空服經理歡迎大家,同時,播放安全示範,但……所有座位也是這畫面  After the door  closes, the flight attendant manager welcomes everyone. At the same time, a safety demonstration is played, but... all TV are also look like the picture as below :  

看來,馬航的B738真的要改善一下了〜 當然,空服重設後,就順利播放安全示範。It seems that Malaysia Airlines’ B738 really needs to be improved~ Of course, after the flight manager is reset, the safety demonstration will be played smoothly.

空服會在起飛前幫旅客點餐及飲料。我原是點點心,但空服説點心餐太受歡迎,前面大部份的旅客也點了,所以已經沒多,要我改其他餐。最後,我改了NASI LEMAK。(但心裏在想,我明明是寰宇一家金卡,為甚麼要我改 >.<) The flight attendant will help passengers order meals and drinks before departure. I originally ordered dim sum, but the flight attendant said that dim sum meals were too popular, and most of the passengers in the front also ordered them, so there are not enough for me. They asked me to change other meals. Finally, I changed NASI LEMAK. (But in my heart, I am obviously a oneworld gold card, why should I change it >.<)

起飛後 AFTER TAKE OFF

空服會先派發飲料。The flight attendant will distribute drinks first.

之後才出餐車派發飛機餐。After that, crew distributed the meal tray by trolley.

但是,你覺得這個是NASI LEMAK(椰槳飯)嗎?? 我問空服,我點的是NASI LEMAK,為甚麼發了蛋給我??後來, 空服才説,原來只剩下西式早餐!!!!我好生氣,為甚麼空服現在才説,不在我改餐的時候説呢!!!!!!! 

之後, 空服連道歉也沒有,夾了麵包給我就服務其他旅客!!

However, do you think this is NASI LEMAK (coconut paddle rice)?? I asked the flight attendant, I ordered NASI LEMAK, why did you send Omelette to me?? The flight attendant said that  Western breakfast was avilable only! !!! I felt so angry, why did the flight attendant said it now, not when I changed the meal!!!!!!! 

After that, the flight attendant didn't even apologize, and she served bread to me only then she served other passengers!

(補充一下:因為這是早餐時段,所以沒提供沙嗲串燒)

最後,空服收餐後再問旅客要其他飲料作結束餐飲服務。Finally,the flight attendant will ask passengers'  drinks to finish meal service

坐完新A350的惡夢加坐最後一班用B738飛機飛的MH366,馬航真的給我印象是服務愈來愈差 ; 機票價錢便宜的印象了。

After taking the nightmare of the new A350 and taking the last flight of MH366 with the B738 aircraft, Malaysia Airlines really gave me the impression that the service is getting worse and worse; the air ticket price is cheap.
