今天,ANKY仔分享一下一次最差最差的國內線飛行經驗吧!!我說過這次之後,不會再坐澳洲航空的國內線,說起也覺得生氣阿~~ 

Anky will share the worst and worst domestic flight experience today!! I said that after this time, I would not take the domestic flight of Qantas again, and I felt angry when I talked about it~~

 

我還記得當時是2017年的9 月,當時澳洲航空好像是推出A330的新商務艙,所以ANKY仔就下了墨爾本想說試一下它的A330-200的新商務艙吧。幸好,在9月11日就有一班A330-200的新商務艙飛機飛去悉尼,ANKY仔看到就馬上二話不說就買了這機票。當我以為是好幸運的開始,才發現是惡夢來了。

I still remembered that it was September 2017. At that time, Qantas seemed to renew the business class of A330, so ANKY got off in Melbourne and wanted to try its new business class of A330-200. Fortunately, there was a new A330-200 business class plane flying to Sydney on September 11. ANKY saw it and bought the ticket without saying a word. When I thought it was a lucky start, I realized that it was a nightmare.

 

飛機本來是A330-200的QF426,原定是9點正的起飛,但結果澳洲航空在早上7點半左右才通知我飛機取消了,而且飛機是在上一程馬尼拉的時間因機件故障,沒有其他飛機調配,所以取消航班。我剛剛到機場才知道這回事。我生氣的是為什麼那麼慢才通知我們呢??

The plane was originally QF426 of A330-200. It was originally scheduled to take off at 9 o'clock, but Qantas notified me that the plane was cancelled at about 7:30 in the morning, and the plane was at the time of the last flight to Manila due to flight maintance in Manlia. No other planes were changed, so the flight was cancelled. I just found out about it when I got to the airport. I felt angry about why it is so late and slow to notify us??

 

好了,我去了櫃台跟地勤說我是QF426的旅客,地勤就找了一下(大約也找了五分鐘吧)都沒說甚麼東西,之後才說飛機取消了,要我轉去另一班飛機,我就說可以,地勤當時還說墨爾本去悉尼航班很多,不用太擔心~~我等她找航班給我的時間,她就說8點45分飛機沒位,9點取消,9點半沒位,10點沒位…她結果找到11點30分的QF428但飛B737-800,問我要不要… 我還可以說不要嗎?? 

Okay, I went to the check in counter and told the ground staff that I booked QF426. The ground staff searched it (it took about five minutes) and didn't say anything. Then she said that the plane was cancelled and asked me to transfer to another flight. For the transfer to other flight operated Qantas,I said yes. The ground staff said at the time that there were a lot of flights from Melbourne to Sydney, so didn't worry too much~~ I waited for her and found the flight to me, she said that the plane was full at 8:45, and it was cancelled at 9:30. No seat available, no seat at 10 o'clock flight... She found the QF428 at 11:30 but it flew to the B737-800 and asked if I wanted... Could I still say no?

地勤人員就連道歉也沒有,只想你快點離開的感覺 The ground staff did not have any apologize, the feeling just like wanted you to leave her counter and did not come back

我用了差不多半小時才拿到我的登機證和寄行李。It took me almost half an hour to get my boarding pass and check in my luggage.

 

由於我的航班改去了晚很多的飛機,所以我就去了澳洲航空國內線的貴賓室,因為聽說那裡的景色很好,結果也找到一個窗戶的位置。貴賓室有一個地方做的好是它真的分開會員和商務艙的旅客,你進入商務艙的區域時,貴賓室職員是會再檢查一次你的登機證

Since my flight was changed to a much late flight, I went to the Qantas domestic lounge, because I heard that the view there was very good, and finally I found a window seat. The place in the lounge was that it really separated oneworld members and business class passengers. When you entered the business class area, the lounge staff would check your boarding pass again.

 

澳洲航空國內線主要是使用B737-800和A330飛機執飛,如果你飛一些比較小的地方,就有可能坐到Dash 8和B717,我也建議大家可以坐一下這些機型,因為也不多公司使用了

Qantas domestic flights mainly operated B737-800 and A330 aircraft to fly. If you flew some smaller cities, you may sit on Dash 8 and B717. I also suggest that you can take a look at these models, because there are not many Company used

 

在貴賓室吃了一些早餐,看了一下飛機和休息了一下,便差不多到了登機時間了,在貴賓室就看看QF426的登機門,當天是使用9號登機門,有一點點遠,所以大家記得預時間去檢查登機門和早點到指定的登機門

After I ate some breakfast in the lounge, I took a look at the plane and took a break. It was almost time for boarding. In the lounge, I found the gate of QF426 in flight information displayer. On the same day, I used boarding gate 9 and it was a little bit far away. , So everyone remembered to check the boarding gate in advance and arrive at the boarding gate early

登機後 After Boarding

由於這是B737-800飛機,所以飛機的通道只有一條,跟RJ116一樣,又是等等和等~~

Since this was a B737-800 aircraft, there was only one aisle for the aircraft, which was the same as RJ116, also wait and wait~~

澳洲航空的B738是提供12個商務艙和162個經濟艙。它們有些B738是提供個人電視,有些是沒有的 Qantas' B738 provided 12 business class and 162 economy class. Some of B738 aircraft that it provided personal TV, some flights did not have.

當天,ANKY仔是坐2F,第二排的商務艙右邊靠窗座位。而飛機的商務艙是全滿,不是地勤說的不用擔心,因為墨爾本-悉尼是在世界第二繁忙的國內線航線,所以你可以想想是有多少人會穿梭這兩個地方吧!! On that day, Anky took the 2F, the window seat on the right side of the business class in the second row. And the business class of the plane was full, not the ground staff said, didn't worry, because Melbourne-Sydney was the second busiest domestic route in the world, so you could think about how many people would shuttle between these two places!!

 

ANKY仔不幸的地方除了要坐B737-800外,第二生氣的就是還坐了一台沒個人電視的B738飛機,甚麼也沒得看~~不過一小時航班就算了~!!!

In addition to taking the B737-800 in the unfortunate place of me, the second annoyed reason was that I took that B738 planes was without personal TV, and didn't watch anything while I was flying~~ However,I through it was one-hour flight was enough~!!!

商務艙的旅客差不多也完成登機後,空服便開始派發歡迎飲料,但歡迎飲料只提供普通的水和有汽泡的水,沒其他了 After the business class passengers had almost finished boarding, the flight attendants would start to distribute welcome drinks, but the welcome drinks only provided  water and sparkling water, nothing else

座位前方有放有普通的耳機,B737-800的安全須知卡和一些機內雜誌 There were a normal earphones, B737-800 safety instructions card and some in-flight magazines in the front of the seat

(耳機跟經濟艙是一樣的~ The headset was the same as the economy class~) 

 

機內雜誌會有介紹澳洲航空和子公司的捷星公司的機隊 The in-flight magazine was showed the fleet of Qantas and its subsidiary Jetstar.

在我的座位看出去,就更加令我生氣,因為停在我們旁邊的就是我本來要坐的A330飛機,不過它好像是飛珀斯的航班

Seeing it from my seat made me even more angry, because the A330 plane which I was going to take it was parked next to us, but it seems to be a flight to Perth.

墨爾本的天氣也比較差,有下小小的雨 The weather in Melbourne was also quite poor, with a little rain

 

飛機慢了大約5分鐘,因為墨爾本的流量控制和雷雨問題,已經算是快離開了,在跑道也是真的要排隊等起飛,大約又等了15分鐘吧!

The plane was delayed for about 5 minutes because of Melbourne's traffic control and thunderstorm problems, it was already about to leave. On the runway, I really had to wait in line for take-off. We waited about another 15 minutes!

 

空服起飛後,就馬上派發飛機餐。沒錯,我坐的航班是沒有餐單提供,只靠空服說和介紹而已。當天是有三個選擇,但我忘記了第一個選擇,第二個是批,最後一個是水果碗,之後也會問你水的選擇

After the flight took off, the flight attendants distributed meal immediately. That's right, the flight was not provided with a menu, only the flight attendant said and introduced it. There were three choices on the day, but I forgot the first choice, the second is a batch, and the last is a fruit bowl. Later, they would ask you for the choice of water.

空服也會派發一個鬆餅給旅客的 The flight attendant would also give out a muffin to the passengers.

沒錯,整個飛機餐就是這樣了,是否比香港-台北線更差呢??但一張商務艙的價格就是5000多港幣,所以為什麼ANKY仔說不會再坐就是這樣了

That's right, the whole flight meal was like this, is it worse than the Hong Kong-Taipei line? However, the price of a business class was more than 5,000 Hong Kong dollars (round trip business class), so that's why  Anky said that I would not take it again?

 

一次一小時不愉快的行程就結束了,但ANKY覺得飛機餐太少了,所以在悉尼機場就找了一間餐廳吃一點點東西就再去玩玩悉尼了 

An unpleasant one-hour trip was over, but Anky felt that there were too few meals on the plane, so I found a restaurant at Sydney Airport to eat a little bit of food and then I went to play in downtown in Sydney
