困了差不多3年 ，回香港終於不需再被隔離了，不知道大家有否出境去旅行？Anky仔就在聖誕節的平安夜的中午乘搭星空聯盟其中一個成員-- 泰國國際航空 (泰航) 前往泰國曼谷。Anky仔這次乘搭A350-900執飛的TG601航班。很多人也問我為何選擇A350-900不選擇B777-300ER飛機？原因是因為泰航在2022年12月是使用A350-900執飛香港-曼谷航線，它們一天兩班 (TG600/601;TG638/639)也是A350-900飛的，不用B777-300ER是因為泰航不夠B777-300ER執飛長途航班，所以香港曼谷線現在是使用A350了。
After 3 long years of closed borders and strict quarantine measures, things have finally come to an end. I took this opportunity to catch a flight on Christmas Eve. This time, I flew with Thai Airways, a member of Star Alliance to Bangkok, Thailand. This flight (TG601) was flown by an A350-900 aircraft. You might wonder why did I go for the A350-900 but not the 777-300ER. This is because back in DEcember 2022
在疫情的時候，泰航的香港貴賓室已經關閉，到2022年12月還是沒開，所以商務艙的旅客拿了登機證後，也會有一張環亞貴賓室的邀請卡供商務艙或是星空聯盟金卡會員使用，並進入一號登機門的環亞貴賓室
The Thai Airways lounge remain closed at the time of visit despite being the end of the Pandemic. As a results, eligible guests were handed out lounge passes to use at the Plaza Premium lounge, which is just located next to gate 1.
由於香港跟隨中國政府的制定，要分開外國到港轉機旅客，所以非中國的航班是會停在11號登機門或之後的登機門，如果你要去登機
門，你就不能返回1-10號登機門了。而環亞貴賓室就是在1號登機門附近，所以Anky仔要先去貴賓室，貴賓室也是很多人。因為很多的航空公司也使用它。
Hong Kong follows the policy set by the Chinese government where transit passengers arriving from outside of Hong Kong and China would have to disembark from gate 11 or above, you would not be allowed back to gates 1 - 10 if you headed to gates that are outside of the range. Since the lounge is located next to gate 1, I had to visit the lounge first. The lounge was busy since it accepts guests from various airlines.

Anky仔坐到11點半左右就去了機場一個新地方，可以看飛機的好地方，飛機愛好宦者一定會喜歡!!
I spent my time in the lounge until 11:30, then made my way to a new spot in the terminal that serves as an observation deck. Aviation enthusiasts will sure enjoy hanging out here!
它叫sky bridge，是聯繫北衛星客運廊的天橋，以前北衛星是坐巴士過去的，再用登機門登機的，以前北衛星客運廊的登機門是叫501-510，現在也改叫了11-20號，但不用再坐巴士前往。
This new structure is known as the Sky Bridge. It connects the main terminal to the North Satellite Terminal, which was previously only accessible by bus. The gates in this terminal were numbered 501 - 510, now they have been changed to 11 - 20.
在看飛機途中，就看到Anky仔要坐的泰航到達香港了。
While doing some planespotting, I noticed that aircraft that would take me to Bangkok taxiied into the gate.

當天TG601是停泊在62號登機門，但由於TG600飛機晚到，所以登機也晚了差不多20分鐘
Due to the late arrival of the aircraft, boarding commenced 20 minutes behind schedule.
當天執飛的A350-900是叫HS-THM，他大約5歲。
Flying us to Bangkok was a 5-year-old A350-900 with registration HS-THM.
雖然HS-THM只有5歲，但我相信泰航真的沒有打理它們的飛機，大家看看飛機那麼多垃圾~
Despite the young age of the aircraft, it is not really well maintained as evidenced by the rubbish in the seat compartment.
我的座位是17A,商務艙的靠窗座位，所有商務艙也是過道座位。當天商務艙是全滿，空服人員看你到了座位，他們就派發歡迎飲品，空服人員建議你試一下泰航的特色飲料-- Violet Bliss，不久也派發熱毛巾。
I was seated at the window seat (17A), which was also an aisle seat. The cabin was full. As soon as you settle yourself, you would be served a welcome drink. The crew recommended me the "Violet Bliss", which is the signature drink of Thai Airways. Hot towels were then distributed as well.
座位方面，枕頭，毛毯，抗噪音耳機也在你登機前已放在你的座位上
A pillow, blanket and noise-cancelling headphones were at the seat waiting for you.
泰航的A350商務艙全是可以平躺的座位 ，座位控制器就在個人電視控制器上方。
The A350 features a 180 lie-flat seat. The seat controls can also be found just above the IFE remote.
個人電視就在你前方，泰航A350設有鏡頭看飛機的外表；個人電視下方就有2個USB插頭供客人的電子設備充電。
The IFE screen is in front of you, which also featuers a tail camera. Below the screen are 2 USB ports for you to charge your device.
飛機在12:55分推出，比預定只是晚了10分鐘 。飛機前往07R跑道起飛~~
We were pushed out of the gate at 12:55, which was only 10 minutes behind schedule. We then taxiied to runway 07R.
起飛後，飛機轉了右邊上雲層前往曼谷，當天預計飛行時間是2小時12分鐘。天空的藍色配上白雲好漂亮
After takeoff, we made a right turn and flew towards Bangkok. The estimated flight time was 2 hrs 12 minutes.
飛了大約45-50分鐘，空服人員會先問你飲料，再幫你鋪餐桌，同時派發花生小吃及你要的飲料
About 45 - 50 minutes after take off, our drink orders were taken and a table cloth was placed. Peanuts and drink were then served.
飛機餐就跟疫情前不一樣了，Anky仔在之前的A380執飛的TG601是full service的，但這次是一盤就給你，而且餐牌也是沒有提供，主餐也由3，4個減到2個而已，空服人員會口頭問你的主餐。當天的選擇一個是千層麵，另一個是咖哩雞配飯。
Meal service was completely different to how it was before the pandemic. Previously, full service was provided on the exact same flight, with a menu given. However, all courses was served on a single tray; with 4 courses reduced to only 2. The choices for that flight were Lasgna and curry chicken rice.

在吃前菜的時候，空服人員也拿著麵包籃派發麵包，Anky仔當然吃蒜蓉包了
You can also opt for a bread from the bread basket. I went for the garlic bread.
空服人員看你吃完飛機餐，就會收起你的盤子及桌布，並會問你需要茶或咖啡嗎？Anky仔就點了一杯中國茶，可以配一些餅乾。
The crew promptly cleared the tray as soon as I finished my meal. I was also asked if I wanted any more drinks. I ordered a Chinese tea with some crackers to pair with.
最後，空服人員看到大部份容人吃完飛機餐後，便會派發一枝水給你。水的旁邊是泰航贊助的及在頭等艙才提供的巧克力，大家有機會可以試試，配咖啡一流。
Water was also distrbuted once most passengers had finished their meals. The chocolate next to the bottle of water are exclusively given in First Class and they pair so well with coffee.
空服也送了一些泰航的紀念品給我，我也謝謝他們了
The crew gave me some souvenirs.

最後，飛機早了5分鐘左右抵達泰國曼谷素萬那普機場，並停在D3登機門
We arrived at Bangkok Airport (BKK) 5 minutes ahead of scheduled. We disembarked at gate D3.
