以前，Anky仔也介紹過香港-台北線是全世界最繁忙的國際航線。而如果你是馬可孛羅會(國泰會員)的話，你可以選擇台灣出發，經香港前往不同的地方，價錢也比香港出發便宜。大家也可以看看阿，特別是東南亞地方。Anky仔再次因為要儲國泰的分，做了一件很久也沒做的事情，就是當天來回香港台北，在台北只有1個半小1時的轉機。
Previously, I've talked about how the Hong Kong - Taipei route is one of the busiest in the world. If you're Marco Polo Club member (Cathay Pacific) based in Taiwan, you can choose to fly via Hong Kong as that could save you some money, especially to destinations in Southeast Asia. Since I needed to do a status run, I did a return trip to Taipei, with only a 90-minute layover.

Anky仔是在暑假出發，所以飛機是全滿的，也因為機位超賣的關係，Anky仔就因為是國泰金卡會員，所以免費升到特選經濟艙了(Biz Upgarde的費用是600港幣的)。而Anky仔原是坐42D，現在就坐的是一個中間的過道位置31G。
Since it was summer holiday, the flight was completely full. I was upgraded to Premium Economy for free since the flight was oversold and that I hold Gold status. My original seat was 42D and after the upgrade I was moved to 31G, an aisle seat.
甚麼時候你會發現自己的位置改了？就是登機的時候，如果你有問題或地勤要找你的時間，在登機門登機時時間會不讓你登機，地勤人員會馬上來幫忙你的，因為有新的座位，所以地勤人員也會發新的登機證給你，舊的就會收回。
You'll notice that you're upgraded during boarding when there's an issue with scanning your boarding pass or taht a ground staff approaches you. Since you'll be assigned a new seat, you'll be printed a new boarding pass and the old one will be recycled.
由於香港台北是超短途航班，所以特選經濟艙的服務是跟經濟艙一樣，只是座位及個人電視大了一點而已，飛機餐也是經濟艙的餐點。
Due to the short flight time, the meal service is the same as economy's, with the hard product being the only difference.
回程航班 Return Leg：CX565 (B777-300ER /77K)
CX565的登機證你可以選擇在香港辦理出來(因是同一天，而且少過24小時)，你也可以到達台北桃園機場後到轉機櫃台拿取，轉機櫃台在B號登機門區，而國泰航班就是全停在B號登機門的，所以你走大約5-10分鐘就到看到有一名國泰員工坐在這。由於是商務艙的關係，所以可以進入國泰自營的貴賓室。由於CX472晚點了，所以Anky仔就沒去貴賓室。
You can receive the boarding pass for your return trip if your return flight is within the same day (or less than 24 hours). You can also choose to get it at the transfer desk in Taipei, which is located in zone B, as that is where Cathay Pacific operates their flights from. Since I was booked on business class, I can use the business class lounge. Sadly due to the delay of my inbound flight, I did not have the chance to use it.
CX565是一班由大阪經台北回香港的航班，所以飛機不是香港-台北-香港的。飛機是使用三艙位的長途B777-300ER (77K)，商務艙以1-2-1配置，座位是可以平躺的。國泰航空在6、7點左右是有3班飛機回香港的，包括：CX473(A350)、CX565(B77W/A350)及CX451(B773)，所以大家要看清楚自己住哪班飛機了，不耍走錯登機門。
CX565 originates from Osaka and flies to Hong Kong via Taipei. This flight uses the longhaul-configured 777-300ER (77K) so you'll see the business class being configured in 1-2-1 and the seats are all lie-flat. There are 3 Cathay flights operating out of Taipei between 6 - 7pm: CX473 (A350), CX565 (77W/A350) and CX451 (773). So be sure to go to the correct gate.
登機後，餐單，毛毯也是在登機前也放在座位上。
Upon boarding, you'll find a menu and a blanket on your seat.
由於飛機是晚上7點多起飛，所以飛機餐是提供晚餐的。但由於飛行時間只要1小時15分鐘，所以也是一盤方式送上的。餐後，空服人員會問有沒有其他需要的。
Since the flight departs after 7pm, dinner is served, Due to the short flight time of 1 hr 15 mins, the meal is served in 1 tray.
超短途航班來說，飛機餐有麵包，沙拉，甜點，飲料已經好厲害了。
In terms of short haul standards, having a bread, salad, dessert and drink is really top notch.
