今次，Anky仔會再次為大家介紹一下馬來西亞航空公司B737-800執飛的國內線，讓大家看看馬航的「Malaysia hospitality」。我相信大家聽到馬航也會想起MH370、MH17飛機的問題，絕對是壞的感覺。

Today, I'll be reviewing a Malaysia Airlines' domestic flight operated by a Boeing 737-800; and we shall see how the "Malaysia hospitality" is delivered.  The first thing that comes up your mind might be the previous incidents that happened on MH370 and MH17.

航班資訊 Flight Info:

• 航班 Flight: MH2640
• 航線 Route: 吉隆坡 - 沙巴亞庇 (國內線) Kuala Lumpur - Kota Kinabalu
• 艙位 Cabin Class: 商務艙 Business Class
• 座位 Seat: 2F
• 機型 Aircraft: B737-800

Anky仔今次是飛國內線，經濟艙旅客是使用A區辦理登機手續，分開了國際和國內線旅客。但是，如果你是商務艙或是寰宇一家金卡，就跟國際線的辦理登機手續櫃台是一樣的。

國內線使用的貴賓室也跟國際線不一樣，因為樓層不一樣，所以國內線旅客也是不能前往國際線和中場的位置，只能在主客運廊等待你的航班。而馬航的國內線貴賓室叫「Golden Lounge Domestic」，位於A2登機門附近，所以貴賓室也是一個拍飛機的好地方。

As this was a domestic flight, economy guest will be checked in at zone A, which separates those who are flying internationally.  If you are flying in business class or hold Oneworld Sapphire status or above, then you will be checking in at the counters for international flights.

國內線貴賓室走到窗戶的位置就是A2登機門，剛好有一班馬航的B737-800飛機。

The lounge gives a view of gate A2, where a Malaysia Airlines' 737-800 is parked.

另一邊的窗戶就是滑行道，也看到一班B737-8MAX的Batik Air飛機。馬來西亞的Manlido Air現在就是Batik Air集團的其中一個成員。

The other side of the lounge has a view of the taxiway, where a Batik Air's 737-8MAX can be seen.  Malindo Air is now part of Batik Air.

貴賓室亦提供了4種熱食、有限度飲料和幾款甜點，麵包。麵有兩款，會有廚師幫你加熱水後就給你。

The lounge provides 4 types of hot food, limited drinks and a handful of desserts and bread.  You can choose from 2 types of noodles, after which the chef would pour some hot broth over.

MH2640停在B2登機門，是A號登機門的另一邊。

MH2640 is parked at gate B2, opposite to A gates.

這台馬航的B737-800是舊艙的座位。所謂的舊艙是商務艙有4排，共16個座位。新的B737-800就只有3排12個座位。而9M-MXT是設有商務艙及經濟艙也有個人電視的B737-800。商務艙座位是不可以平躺的。

This 737-800 features Malaysia Airlines' older seats.  The so-called business class cabin consists of 4 rows and a total of 16 seats.  The newer counterparts have only 3 rows and a total of 12 seats.  Both business and economy cabins are featured on the 9M-MXT, where IFEs are also provided.  The seats in business cabin can't be laid completely flat.

座位前方的袋子有B737-800的安全須知卡及抗噪音的耳機。

而座位上就放至了枕頭及毛毯。

A pillow and blanket are placed on the seat.

空服會等一部份的旅客登機後送上歡迎飲料。歡迎飲料只得3款，包括：蘋果汁，柳橙汁及水。沒有了芭樂汁選擇。

Drink were provided after most business class guests were boarded.  There were only 3 options: apple juice, orange juice and water.  Guava juice is no longer available.

熱毛巾在歡迎飲料派發後提供，熱毛巾非常熱。空服沒有提醒你，大家要小心點。

Towels are provided after the drink service.  The crew did not remind me of how hot the towel is, please be careful.

飛機因為加油的問題延誤了大約半個小時，我的窗戶看到的是一班剛到吉隆坡的新加坡航空B737-8MAX飛機。對阿，新加坡航空的A350及B738也是停在主客運廊，不是在中場的C登機門。

We were delayed for half an hour because of a refuelling issue.  A Singapore Airlines' 737-8MAX was seen taxiing in after arriving from Kuala Lumpur.  Singapore Airlines' A350 and 737-800 are parked in the main terminal, as opposed to the midfield terminal (C gates).

飛機在16:20順利起飛。在飛了大約40分鐘，空服就開始派發飛機餐。由於吉隆坡去沙巴要飛兩小時，所以商務艙及經濟艙也是有2個熱餐選擇的，但我記得2個都是飯來的，只是菜不一樣。航班跟吉隆坡去檳城不一樣，只有一款小吃。

We departed at 16:20.  Approcimately 40 minutes into the flight, we were served our meals.  Since the flight time was 2 hours, there are 2 options for our meals in both business and economy class.  Both meals come with rice, with the main dish being the only difference.  The meal offerings are different from that of the Kuala Lumpur to Penang flight, where I was only served a snack.

空服在指定的時間會推車仔出來收回飛機餐，如果你需要飲料是自己問空服拿的，她們不會主動問你，但餐車上只有預備水及果汁。 因為MH2640是下午飛，黃昏到的飛機，所以飛機的燈光會調暗給旅客休息。

The cabin crew came by and collected our meal trays.  If you ever want some drinks, you'll have to approach one of the crew as they won't proactively offer you any.  Since MH2640 departs in the afternoon and arrrives just before dusk, mood lightnings are adjusted accordingly to help passengers fall asleep.

亞庇當天天氣比較差，所以飛機在降落時也有震動，而且也滿大的震動，所以還是提醒大家扣好安全帶！

The weather in Kota Kinabalu was not necessarily the best, hence we encountered some turbulence.  I'll recommend you to buckle up just to be safe!

飛機最後在18:39順利降落沙巴，比預定時間晚了19分鐘，飛行時間用了2小時19分鐘而已。最後，我拿行李的時間，也發現行李壞了，馬上去聯繫馬來西亞航空公司的地勤。難道這就是馬航給我的Malaysia Hospitality？？

We finally landed at 18:39, with a 19-minute dealy.  The flight time was 2 hours 19 minutes.  When I collected my bags, I found out that they were damaged.  I then promptly approached a ground crew to have the issue resolved.  Is this Malaysia Airlines experience a true reflection of the Malaysia Hospitality?
