不知道大家有沒有坐過泰航呢？Anky仔除了坐過香港-曼谷線外，還坐過曼谷前往來往吉隆坡的航線。Anky仔真的不知道是幸運還是泰航知道我心了，來回曼谷及吉隆坡的航班也由B777-200及A350-900改飛了Anky仔最喜歡的機型B777-300ER飛機。泰航的B777-300ER飛機分了兩種，分別是有頭等艙及沒頭等艙分別。有頭等艙的B777-300ER只飛倫敦，日本東京，大阪而已，所以其他地方也是執飛沒頭等艙的B777-300ER。Anky仔坐的兩次也是沒頭等艙的B777-300ER執飛。Anky仔就分別坐第一區及第二區，看看有甚麼不一樣的。
Have you flown with Thai Airways before? Apart from that time where I flew from Hong Kong to Bangkok, I also had the opportunity to fly from Bangkok to Kuala Lumpur with them. I was probably in luck since the aircraft for my flights between Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur were changed from a 777-200 and an A350-900 to a 777-300ER, which is my favourite aircraft. Thai Airway's 777-300ERs have 2 different layouts - one with first class and the other without. The ones with first class only fly to London, Tokyo and Osaka. Hence, I only had the chance to fly on the ones without the first class. I was seated in zones 1 and 2 in my outbound and inbound flights respectively to taste the differences.

泰航的頭等艙，商務艙或星空聯盟金卡在曼谷是使用A區辦理登機手續。在櫃檯後會設有特快安檢通道。安檢後便有扶手電梯直達泰航自己的貴賓室。貴賓室更新後，食物比以前的多，也有洗澡的地方，座位也多了很多。
Those seated in first class, business class or hold Star Alliance Gold status would check-in at aisle A in Bangkok Airport, since an express security lane is located directly behind the desks. The escalators to the lounge can then be found after security. After the lounge has been refurbished, there are notably more food options, seats; and a showering room has also been added.
在馬來西亞吉隆坡機場，泰航使用第一航廈的。所有泰航的辦理登機手續也是位於F區。如果登機證是顯示頭等艙或是商務艙，過出境的櫃檯也有專屬的櫃檯辦理出境手續。而泰航在吉隆坡機場就是使用比較多人的環亞貴賓室。貴賓室也提供熱食及洗澡的地方。
In Kuala Lumpur Airport, all Thai Airways check-in desks are located in aisle F of terminal 1. If you're flying in business or first class, you'll have your dedicated check-in desk. Since Thai Airways does not have its own lounge here, eligible guests will be using the Plaza Premium Lounge, albeit rather crowded. The lounge also offers hot food and a showering room.
登機後及飛機座位
Seat Features
由於泰航的B777-300ER飛機是會執飛長途航班，所以商務艙的配置是1-2-1，每個座位也是過道的位置，而且是平躺的座位。在登機前，枕頭、毛毯已經放在你的座位上。個人電視的控制器，座位控制器，個人閱讀燈，抗噪音耳機就在座位旁邊。
Since the 777-300ER is configured to fly longhaul international routes, the business cabin is laid out in a 1-2-1 configuration. This means that each seat has direct aisle access and has the ability to lie completely flat. Before boarding, a pillow and blanket were placed on the seat. The IFE remote, seat controls, reading light and noisecacelling headphones are placed next to the seat.
不久，空服人員就會派發歡迎飲料及熱毛巾。
Not long after, the crew handed out the welcome drinks and hot towels.
在你的前方，就跟他們家的A350-900一樣，就是個人電視，個人電視下方會有USB插座。
Similar to the A350-900, you'll find the IFE screen in front of you and an USB outlet directly below it.
泰航的商務艙是可以預選餐點的，只需在航班起飛前24小時在網頁選擇。如果沒有選擇，空服人員就會在大部份商務艙旅客登機後問你的選擇。來往曼谷吉隆坡就有兩個主餐給你選擇，跟香港線一樣也是沒有餐單提供的。由於兩班飛機也是由其他飛機改過來，所以兩班航班也是延誤的。
Guests may choose to preorder their meals online 24 hours before the flight. If you did not choose yours before the flight, your order will be taken after most business class guests are boarded. Two meal options are available for this particular route. Same as the HKG - BKK route, no menu was given. Since both flights had an equipment change, both were delayed.

After Takeoff
在安全帶燈號熄滅後，空服人員會在廚房先預備一下飛機餐，所以不會那麼快就有任何的服務。空服人員準備好之後，他們會先送上飲料!及堅果。
Once the seatbelt sign is off, the crew would first prepare the meal in the galley, so you won't be served until a while later. Once they're ready, they'd first serve some nuts and drinks.
吃完再等了一下，空服人員就推著餐車出來送餐了。Anky在吉隆坡去曼谷那程就沒有特別在網上選餐，反而在曼谷回吉隆坡的時候就點了蟹肉炒飯。
The crew came out with the meal cart after I finished the nuts. I did not preorder my meal for my flight to Bangkok, but I ordered the the crab fried rice on the return journey.

吃完飛機餐後，看了一下電視，空服人員就出來派發水、熱毛巾。
After meal service, I started indulging in some movies while the crew brought out water and hot towels.
兩班飛機也晚到了，因為突然改了飛機。飛機跟A350-900 一樣，也是有垃圾及壞的座位。也因為疫情，泰航還是沒派發餐單，主菜也只有兩種，服務比以前真的差，空服人員服務也沒有以前的熱情了。
Both of the flights were delayed due to a last-minute equipment change. Just like my previous experience on the A350-900, there were left-behind rubbish and seats that malfunctioned. Due to the pandemic, menus were not given and only 2 choices were available. The crew were also less enthusiastic. There really is a decline in service.
