Anky仔之前介紹了日本航空的B777及A350的頭等艙,現在我就介紹日本的另一間航空公司,它就是屬於星空聯盟的成員 -- 全日空。今次,我就介紹一下全日空的B787-9新商務艙,由沖繩前往大阪伊丹機場。

Previously, we have discussed Japan Airline's 777 and A350 first class experience.  Now, let's move on to another Japanese carrier, All Nippon Airways (ANA), a member of Star Alliance.  We will be having a look at the business class product onboard their 787, on a journey that'll take us from Okinawa to Osaka Itami.

在沖繩那霸機場就沒有分第一航廈,第二航廈,只分國際航廈及國內航廈。國內線的航廈其實連接國際航廈。國內線航廈日本航空在左邊,右邊是全日空。全日空商務艙及星空聯盟金卡有專屬的櫃檯。有特別需要的旅客也有特別的櫃檯協助旅客。

Okinawa Naha Airport is divided into two terminals - International and Domestic, which are connected to each other.  JAL's domestic terminal is on the left, and ANA's is on the right.  Star Alliance Gold members, ANA elites and those in business class have their dedicated check-in counters.  Those who require special needs will also have their own counters.

商務艙旅客行李會有優先,但不會有優先條,只是在行李牌上有優先字樣。商務艙旅客在登機證優先次序是第二組,因為第一組會是全日空的鑽石卡會員。

Business class guests receive priority services, which includes priority luggage and boarding (zone 2).  Boarding zone 1 is reserved for ANA's Diamond Service Members.

不知道大家知不知道其實全日空國內線的B787是有兩種座位的。第一種就是舊的座位,跟B777和B767是一樣的;另一種就只是現在只有某些B787有的新艙位。我們幸好坐的就是新艙的B787飛機。

The domestic 787s have 2 configurations - one has the older seats, similar to those found on the 767 and 777; while the other features the new seats.  Luckily, we were on the newer 787.

當天的NH766是33號登機門,而那霸機場也會分開全日空及日航的飛機,一個在左邊,一個在右邊。

Our flight NH766 boarded through gate 33.  ANA and JAL both have their own boarding area.

全日空在登機時也是沒有英文的登機廣播,而且登機後空服不會指示你的座位是左還是右邊 (B787是兩條過道的飛機),她們只貼著一張座位表指示你的座位應由哪條通道進入。紅色字代表左邊通道藍色就是右邊通道。從座位表也顯示出商務艙是2-2-2的配置,而3-3-3的座位配置就是經濟艙了。

Boarding announcement wasn't made in English.  Moreover, the crew wouldn't tell you which side of the aisle your seat is (the 787 is a widebody aircraft).  You'll only find 2 signs that indicate the location of your seat - red indicates the aisle on the left and blue indicates the aisle on the right.  The seat map indicates that the business class cabin is in a 2-2 configuration, while the economy cabin is in a 3-3-3 configuration.

我們坐在第5排,是商務艙的最後一排,這裡只有一塊隔板隔著商務艙及經濟艙。先給大家看看3-3-3配置的經濟艙。國內線經濟艙跟日本航空的國內線經濟艙一樣也是沒飛機餐提供,只提供有限度的飲料。

I was seated in row 5, the last row of the business cabin.  There's only a thin board that separates the economy and busines cabin.  You can see in the photo below a glimpse of the economy cabin, configured in a 3-3-3 manner.  On domestic routes, only drinks are provided, similar to Japan Airlines.

當天的商務艙只有剩下兩個座位是沒人坐,座位共有5排。每個座位也有個人電視,以前的B787-9國內線飛機商務艙是沒有的。座位看上來也很酷,以黑色設計。

There were only 2 empty seats in business class.  Each seat features an IFE screen, which wouldn't be found in the older 787-9s that are configured to fly domestically.  The seats also appear chic, with black being the main theme.

我坐在5H位置,每個座位也有一對拖鞋,打噪音耳機及B787-9的安全須知卡放在座位前方,個人電視下。這個比日本航空的頭等艙更豪華。

I was at seat 5H.  Amenities such as a pair of slippers, noisecancelling headphones and safety card are placed in the seat pocket below the IFE.  This design feels more luxurious than JAL's.

座位旁邊就有一個座位控制器、個人電視控制器及餐桌。座位控制器前就設有插頭及USB插頭。

On the side of the armrest you'll find the seat controls, IFE remote, USB charging port and a pull-out tray table.

頭枕旁則有一個個人閱讀燈。

Next to the headrest you'll also find a personal reading light.

登機結束後,空服會到你座位介紹自己,也是一樣,她們是說日文的,你必須跟她們說不懂日文才會跟你說英文。之後,空服便派發消毒紙巾,並沒有任何歡迎飲料提供。

After boarding was completed, the crew would introduce him/herself in Japanese.  They wouldn't speak English with you unless you tell them you don't understand Japanese.  We were then handed out some wet wipes, but no welcome drinks were given.

安全示範影片播放時,飛機也開始後退,並前往跑道起飛。同時,空服也以日語廣播及提供飛行資訊。

We commenced our pushback while the safety video was being played.  Meanwhile, the crew also announced to us some brief information about the flight in Japanese.

由於沖繩飛往大阪也需要差不多兩小時,所以起飛一段時間後,空服才派發飛機餐。空服人員是推餐車派餐的,而當日的飛機餐是冷吃食物,感覺是沒有反叮的。酒也是跟日航一樣,一枝小小的配一個杯子給你,只是提供的是膠杯,並不是玻璃杯了。

The flight to Osaka takes about 2 hours.  Hence, the crew took their time before serving us meals.  Meals were served directly from the meal cart.  The meals were served cold.  Same as JAL, if you order wine, you'll be given a mini bottle and a plastic cup, as opposed to a glass.

餐單就在盤子上,全日空叫著「THE KITCHEN」。這裡有介紹飛機餐及飲料的內容。對了,飛機餐是只有一款,沒有其他的。

The menu is placed in the meal tray, which is also named 'The Kitchen'.  You'll find a brief description of the meal and drinks.  It is also worth noting that there is only 1 option for the meal.

飛機餐的主餐是米飯來的。它配著一些小吃及麵鼓湯,國內線的飛機餐來說,這已經很棒了。

The main dish of the meal was rice, with some amuse-bouche and a bowl of miso soup.  Considering this is a domestic flight, the meal was really up to standard.

空服收回飛機餐時,也會再問問你需不需要飲料的?我就叫了一杯日本綠茶了,因為日本最著名的就是綠茶或煎茶。

As our meal tray was being cleared, we were asked if we would want any more drinks.  I opted for a green tea, since this is what Japan is renowned for.

航班最後也比預定時間提早到達大阪,在行李帶4號拿取自己的寄艙行李。我才發現到大阪伊丹機場翻新了,也比以前大了,更舒服。

We landed ahead of time and our bags were collected in carousel 4.  I also noticed the airport has been renovated, which feels more spacious and comfortable.
