轉飛機是好還是壞?? Equipment change, yay or nay?－ANKY N KURTIS TRAVEL

ANKY仔和KURTIS今天說一下國泰航空經常做的轉飛機的問題,你的座位和你的艙位會有甚麼問題呢?? 不知道大家有沒有試過呢??ANKY仔就試過2,3次因為換飛機,所以幾次也給國泰航空改過座位~~

ANKY and KURTIS talked about the aircraft rotation that Cathay Pacific Airways always did . Did you have any problems with your seat?? I did’t know if you have tried it?? ANKY tried it 2, 3 times because of the change of planes, I had also changed seats for Cathay Pacific several times~~

這次我是用大約18000,里數的亞洲萬里通換了一張來回香港/台北的特選經濟艙,去程是訂了晚上7點20分的CX464航班,換機票的時候,航班是顯示3艙位的A330-300飛機執飛(即是航班有商務艙,特選經濟艙和經濟艙的A330-300飛機)。

This time I used about 18,000 Asia Miles to exchange for premium economy class Hong Kong/Taipei round trip. The outbound trip was booked for flight CX464 and it departed at 7:20pm. When I booked the ticket, the flight showed the flight was operated 3 classes A330-300 aircraft (that A330-300 aircraft had with business class, economy class and economy class).

ANKY仔在出發前幾天就收到電郵,說座位有所改變,我就看了一下座位,就發現飛機改了另一種A330-300飛機執飛(航班只有商務艙和經濟艙),所以飛機不提供特選經濟艙,我的座位就降艙至經濟艙。ANKY仔並沒有投訴,因為我覺得國泰航空會有安排給我,結果,國泰航空在我可以辦理網上登機手續時,就把我免費升上商務艙了

ANKY received an email a few days before departure, said that the seat has changed. I looked at the seat map and found that the aircraft was changed to another A330-300 aircraft (the flight is only business class and economy class), so the aircraft was not available the premium economy class , my seat would be downgraded to economy class. ANKY did not complain because I through Cathay Pacific would arrange for me. As a result, Cathay Pacific upgraded me to business class for free when I was able to check in online.

當然,因為是免費升艙,所以這是沒有商務艙的優惠,例如:進貴賓室,行李有優先等~~所以,ANKY仔就介紹飛機了。

Of course, It is a free upgrade, there is no business class benefits, such as: entering the lounge, luggage priority, etc.~~ So, ANKY introduced the plane.

商務艙 Business Class

換了這A330-300的飛機(A33P),商務艙就只有24個.經濟艙就有293個,所以商務艙就只有4排,空服服務商務艙也只有3-4個(辛苦他們了) 。商務艙的座位就是區域性的商務艙,座位不能平躺,配置是2-2-2,幸好,當天航班商務艙客不多

After changed to this A330-300 aircraft (A33P), there were only 24 in business class and 293 in economy class, so there were only 4 rows in business class, and there were only 3-4 crews in business class . (Thanks for them,it worked so hard) . The business class seat was regional business class, the seat could not lie flat and the configuration was 2-2-2.Fortunately, there were not many business class passengers on the flight.

大家知道A33P和A33Ps有甚麼不同嗎?? Do you know what is the different between A33P and A33Ps ??

其實是經濟艙一個是硬座位,硬座位就是A33P;一個是新座位經濟艙,叫A33Ps

Answer : Economy Class in A33P was shell seat. A33Ps Economy Class was the new one

空服人員開始派發歡迎飲料,你可以選擇水,蘋果汁,柳橙汁,香檳4項歡迎飲料,你可以自己在空服我的盤上拿 The flight attendants began to distribute welcome drinks. You could choose from 4 options of welcome drinks: water, apple juice, orange juice, and champagne, and you could take them on tray

在飛機上的服務就是跟商務艙沒分別,所以你會有商務艙的餐單和餐點

The service on the plane was no different from business class even you upgraded from other class, so you would have business class menus and meals

由於當天CX464的登機門是40號,所以飛機滑行到跑道07R是非常快的,但香港機場在6點7點的時間非常繁忙,所以飛機在跑道也等了一下子才進入07R跑道起飛

Since the boarding gate of CX464 was gate 40 that day, the aircraft taxied to runway 07R very quickly, but Hong Kong Airport was very busy at 6pm or 7pm, so the aircraft also waited on the runway for a while before entering the runway 07R to take off.

飛機的飛行時間是1小時15分鐘 Flying Time was 1hours and 15mins

當飛機飛了大約15-20分鐘,機艙服務經理會以英文跟大家說馬上就會派發餐飲服務,另外會推廣飛機免稅品和優惠,另2個空服人員就分別以廣東話和普通話說飛行資訊,感謝你選乘國泰航班等~~

When the plane flow for about 15-20 minutes, the cabin service manager would tell everyone in English version that the catering service would be distributed immediately, and the plane would promote duty-free items and discounts. The other two flight attendants would speak in Cantonese and Mandarin respectively.Flying Information, thank you for choosing a Cathay Pacific flight,etc...

CX464派發的飛機餐是晚餐 The flight meal distributed on CX464 was served dinner

空服人員跟之前一樣也是先派發盤子,盤上有水果,甜品/甜點,一杯EVIAN水,餐具,之後空服會問你要不要麵包 The flight attendant would distribute the tray first.There were fruits, desserts, a glass of EVIAN water, tableware, and then the flight attendants would ask you if you want bread

跟著空服人員的就是高級艙務長,她也是推著餐車出來,餐車上會有主菜,飲料,紅白酒,香檳等~~所以高級艙務長不但會問你主菜,還會問你飲料阿!!!

Following the flight attendant was senior purser, she also pushed the dining car out, there would be main dishes, drinks, red and white wine, champagne, etc.~~ so the senior purser would ask you not only the main dish, also your beverages!!!

空服在收餐的時間,還會問你需不需要茶或咖啡來結束餐飲服務 The flight attendant would also ask you if you need tea or coffee to end the meal service

而經濟艙的餐是甚麼呢?? What is the meal in the economy class?

好的,可以告訴大家,如果你想吃因航雞卷或麵包的話,抱歉,令你失望了,因為CX464的起飛時間是晚上7點多,所以經濟艙的餐是飯~~

Okay, I could tell everyone, if you want to eat chicken rolls or bread, I am sorry, I am disappointed, because the departure time of CX464 was 7 pm, so the meal in the economy class was hot meal~~
